Vaheguroo Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguroo Ji Ke Fetah!

"Keep your chin up soldier!"

Something one of my dear friends said to me recently when times where low.

Sometimes life can throw alot of grief at you in one time and it can become pretty hard to cope. Some of us out there are lucky to have people around us who are there when these bad times come and who help to pick us up and push us on. But some of us aint so lucky. It can be really hurtful when the people you thought you could count on let you down. Or when it is those very people who you thought loved you that hurt you the most.

I think the best advice I can give anyone right now is "Keep your chin up solider and carry on walking...".

At 24 years old I think I have finally figured out how to cope with this knock back. Just don't have expectations on people. Don't have the need to want something back in return of your love and care. Live your life as a soilder and make your duty to find happiness in helping others and wanting nothing back in return.

Now a penny drops! Is this not the Gursikh way of life? Sewa???

Dhan Guroo, Dhan Teri Sikhi!

My Ardaas to Gurujee to help me understand and live the life he has told us too.
